He is one of the tallest public figures in Kanyakumari district and he takes active interest in the development of kanyakumari district and serves the people of kanyakumari District through Kumari Maha Sabha ..He hails from an illustrious Christian family in Kanyakumari district. Dr. Jezer Jebenesan and his Parents and Birth : Some decades ago there lived a gentleman by name Mr D. Monicka Raj in Kanyakumari district with his beloved wife by name Ms. Mercy Raj and this blessed couple gave birth to Dr. Jezeer Jebanesan on 17th April 1957. Both of his parents hailed from illustrious Christian families in kanyakumari District.. Mr. D. Monicka Raj was a native of Zion Puram in K.K. Dist and he was a free lance Christian Evangelist and he went to Srilanka and worked as Head Clerk in a Tea Estate in Ceylon for many years and returned to India . Ms Mercy Raj was a native of Gnanpuram in K.K.Dist and she was a sister of the great Theologian and former President of the Senate of Serampore University Dr. Gnana Robinson, B.Sc, B.D, M.Th, S.T.M,USA] D.Th [Germany] .
Dr. Jezer Jebanesan's Siblings : Mr. D. Monicka Raj and Mrs. Mercy Raj couple gave birth to the followoing children namely ;-[1] Ms. M. Malar Lawrence , M.A[Eco]and she has done a Theology Course in UK, and she married Dr .C. Lawrence , M.Th, D.Th and currently he is working as Pastor of a Church i UK and this couple is blessed with a son by name Mr Felix, and a daughter by name . Ms Felcita ; [2] Dr. M. Jezer Jebanesan , M.Com, M.Phil, Ph.D [ The Hero of this Article ], [3] Ms.Joycy jay Manoharan, M.Sc, M.Ed, Ph.D and she married Mr Robert Alexander , M.P. Ed, and currently he is working as H.O.D. of Physical Education Department of an aided College and his brother Mr. Robert Bruce is a Member of Parliament [Tirunelveli Parliament Constituency]. and [4] Ms ketsy Jay Anbumalar [ M.A[ Eco] and she retired as a PG Assistant..
Dr. Jezer Jebanesan's Educational Track ; After having passed his B.Com , Dr. Jezer Jebanesan pursued his M.Com at the S.T. Hindu College, Nagercoil and passed his M.Com in First Class in April 1980.and did his M.Phil at the Madurai kamaraj University . After having passed his M.Phil in First Class in 1989 he pursed his Ph.D at the Madurai kamaraj University on the Topic, "'Tea , Foreign Exchange "and he was awarded his Ph.D, degree in November 1997. In addition to these degrees he has done his Dip in Publishing on Creative writing [ICLiterature, Connecticut, USA] and passed this course with distinction. He did a Certificate Course in Computer at the Govt Polytecnic College ,Konam, Nagercoil as passed in first class,. He did his M.A[ Journalism at the Madurai Kamaraj Univaersity in 2002 and passed in High Second Class .He has passed some other Computer courses also.
Dr. Jezer Jebanesan's Wife and Her Family : Dr. Jezer Jebanesan married Ms. M. Priscilla , M.Sc, M.Ed, M.Phil, daughter of Mr. Manas and Mrs kanagam Manas of Kanchirakodu, on 30th April, 1987 and his marriage was solemnised at the CSI Church at Kanchirapuram . It would be useful to the readers to know some more information about Mrs Priscilla J. Jebenesan's family . Mrs Priscilla Jebenesan's father Mr Manas was a P.W.D. Contractor in kerala . Mr. Manas and Mrs kanagam Manas couple gave birth to the following children namely :- [1] Ms. Joice, [2] Ms. Jessie, [3] Ms. Christeenal , B.A,[4] Er. M. Isaiah, B.E and he retired as General Manager of N.L.C. Neyvelli, [5] Mr. M. John Jeremiah, B.A, and he served as P.W.D. Contractor in Trivandrum, [6] Mr. M. Malkiah, M.A, B.Ed, Ph.D and he served as an Assistant Professor of History in a College and retired, [7] Ms. Priscilla Jezer Jebanesan , M.Sc, M.Ed, M.Phil, and she worked as a P.G. Assistant in the famous Duthie Girls Higher. Secondary School , Nagercoil . and retired .
Dr. M. Jezer Jebanesan and Ms Priscilla Jebanesan Couple's Children : God blessed Dr. Jezer Jebanesan and Ms. Priscilla Jebanessan with all the connubial blessings and this couple gave birth to the following children namely :- [1] Mr. Jezwin Jezer Raj [ Mech]. M.Sc[ Auto Mobile Eng, U.K,] and he married Ms. N. Sajane Morrison , B.E, Currently Mr. Jezwin Jezer Raj is working as Production Development Engineer ,in Auston Martin Automobile Maufacturing Company in UK; [2] Ms. J. Jezreena, M.A, [Linguistics] and Montesorri International training [ Primary and Elementary training] .. Ms J. Jezreena married Mr Jeswin kingsly,B.E, and he is working as General Manager, Tadoba Tiger Reserve in Maharshtra and he has produced an Award Winning Documentary Film called KALIRU and he has won 12 International Photography Awards .
Dr. M. Jezer Jebanesan's Professional Track :Dr. M. Jezer Jebanesan joined as an Assistant Professor of Commerce in Scott Christian College , Nagercoil, and from the very beginning of his teaching career he won the hearts and respect of his students by his candid and efficacious way of teaching..On July 2011 Dr. Jezer Jebanesan was appointed by the Governing Board of the College ,as Principal of Scott Christian College Autonomous, Nagercoil on July 2011 and he served as an efficacious Principal till his retirement on April 2015 [ 3 Yrs 10 months] .

[4] he is a Member of the Management Committee , People's Association for Social Action [PASA}. Pulipanam, K.K. District, [5]Dr. Jezer Jjebanesan serves as a Member of Vidhya management Committee [VMC] , Kendra Vidhyalaya , Konam, Nagercoil; [6]. He is a Life Member of the Indian Red Cross Society, TN Branch[No; 479 of 1998 ].and [7] . Dr. Jezer Jebanesan is a Life Member of Manonmaniam Sunderanar University Principals'Association, [MUPA] since 2011 and its President [2014-2015] .

Jezer jebanesan had the privilege to serve as a Co-Author along with Padma Bhushan Dr. R.R. Daniel [ formerly Director, COSTED and Others] "Citizens Report on the State of Development and Environment in Kanyakumari District-2000 [English]. Some of his Write-ups had been used by famous Publishers like NCERT, PSSCIVE, etc,. Moreover some Write-ups of Dr. Jezer Jebanesan had been broadcasted by All India radio and telecast by Sharon TV, CNR Cable TV, Nanjil Natham Cable Network, and Kiran TV. He had also served as Resource Person for producing Documentary Films by People's Parliament for Unity and development .

Conclusion ; Dr. J. Jezer Jebanesan is a colourful, versatile and multifaceted personality. He serves as a Consultant, Scott Christian College [ Autonomous] , Nagercoil. He is really concerned with the economic, educational and social development of Kanyakumari District and so he serves as a Senior Project Manager , Kumari Maha Sabha, since may 2015 till date and also serves as its Senior Vice President since 2015 . Dr. Jezer Jebanesan serves an Assessor at the National Assessment and Accredition Council of U.G.C. since April 2014 with great vision, mission and efficacy. . As a NAAC Peer Team Member. Member-Coordinator, Dr Jezer Jebanesan has visited and assessed various Government /Aided/ Autonomous Colleges[ 30 Colleges] since April 2014, spread all over India. . He is an an Authority on Time Management and Expert in giving Leadership Training. He is a voracious reader and he is a great Student of Learning and so he has been improving his Knowledge by attending many Seminars, Conferences, Training Programmes, and also by doing some useful short academic courses. He is a good Christian believer and his Father late Mr. D. Monickaraj was a Man of God . It is not possible to cover all the important chapters of his real life travel and story of Dr. M.
