Dr. Sebastian Rajasekaran's birth and parents : Some time ago in Arapalayam in Madurai city there lived a blessed couple by name Sri.Periasamy alias Chelliah and Mrs. Grace Margaret Periasamy and this couple gave birth to two sons and two daughters including Dr. Sebastian Rajasekaran . Dr. Sebastian Rajasekaran was born on 1st June 1957 , in Madurai as the eldest child to Mr Periasamy and Mrs Grace Margaret couple. Mr. Periasami made an educational break through , after having passed his SSLC, he joined Madurai District Cooperative Bank and retired as a senior Clerk

Nagarajn worked in the Department of Registration, Govt of Tamil Nadu and retired as Sub-Registrar],], [3]Mr. Dr. Jobe Prabakar, M.Sc, M.Phil, PhD [Dr. Jobe Prabakar is currently working as H.OD of Physics Department at the famous Bishop Manickam Lutheran College, Poraiyar, near Tranquebar and [4] Mrs. Hans Usha Rani , MSW. { Her husband Mr. Paul Thangavel is currently working as Executive Engineer in the Department of Agriculture, Govt of Tamil Nadu ].
Dr. Sebastain Rajasekaran's educational trajectory and qualification : Dr Sebastian Rajasekaran did his high School Studies at the famous St. Britto High School at Arapalayam in Madurai city and he passed his SSLC examination in 1974. He did his Pre University Course[ PUC] at the famous American College, Madurai and passed his PUC in 1975.. He pursued his B.Sc at the Saraswathi Narayan College, Madurai and got his BSc degree in the year 1977. He joined the prestigious Presidency College , Madras for his Post Graduation and passed his M.Sc.with flying colors. And subsequently in line with his thirst for knowledge he passed his M. Phil,and B.Ed degrees . He pursued his research education and received his PhD in the year 1995 from the Bharathidasan University, Trichy.
