Introduction : The current Head-Mistress of the I.E.L.C Higher Secondary School at Bargur Ms .I. Glory Rosaline , M.Sc, M.Ed, M.Phil, is really a remarkable woman, an outstanding Educationist, an Expert Teacher in the field of Information and Communication Technology, a great Social Thinker and Worker and a Companion of the last and lost. She is a Member of NCERT-CIRT ICT Forum . Her galvanising Profile will definitely inspire many to become a Good Samaritan, an Educationist and to lead a fruitful life. .
Ms I. Glory Rasaline's Parents and Birth : Ms I. Glory Rosaline's father Mr T. Inbaraj , M.A, B.Ed served as an Assistant Educational Officer [AEO] and her mother Mrs. K. Vijaya Kantham Inbaraj served as Teacher in Government Schools and retired as Head Mistress; and this couple gave birth to Ms I. Glory Rosaline on the 8th October ,1970.
Ms. I. Glory Rosaline's Parents and Her Birth and her Sibling : Mr. Inbaraj and Mrs Vijaya Kantham couple gave birth to the following children namely :[1] Ms. I. Glory Rosaline [ The Heroine of this Article] and [2] Mr. I. Paul Richard , and currently he is working as a Deputy General Manger in a reputed International Company .
Ms I. Glory Rosaline's Educational Track : Ms. I. Glory Rosaline did her High School Education at the St Ann'e Girls Higher Secondary School at Krishnagiri, and after having passed her S.S.L.C she pursued her Plus two at the St. Antony's Higher Secondary School at Elathagiri and passed her Plus Two examination with flying colours. . Then she did her B.Sc[ Physics] at the famous Govt Arts and Science College at Krishnagiri and passed her B.Sc [ Physics] with high marks. Then she pursued her M.Sc[ Physics[ at the prestigious National College in Trichy affiliated to Bharadhidasan University, Kodaikanal. In line with her thirst for knowledge she did her P.G.D.C.A course at Coimbatore Avinashilingam Deemed University and passed her P.G.D.C.A meritoriously. Ms Glory Rosaline successfully did her B.Ed at St Christopher College of Education Chennai . After having attended the Training Session conducted by the Google she passed her Certified Educator course examination conducted by Google. She did her M.Phil in Computer Science under the guidance of Dr.G. T. Manoharwho was a gold Medallist in Electronics and Electrical Engineering , I.I.T, Chennai and Dr G.T. Manohar worked in the same Department as the H.O.D and Ms I. Glory Rosaline's M.Phil Thesis was on Artificial Intelligence.
Ms. Glory Rosalines' Marriage and Children : Ms. I. Glory Rosaline married Mr. J.W. Ernest Satheesh Prabhu, M.Sc. M.Phil {Chemistry], B.Ed on 16-09- 1994 at Krishnagiri and at present Mr. Ernest Satheesh Prabhu is working as an Administrative officer L.I.C of India at Krishnagiri .Ms I. Glory Rosaline and Mr J.W. Earnest Sathish Prabhu couple gave birth to the following children namely : [1] Ms. Shalini Sunil , M.A {English ], B.Ed, .Ms. Shalini has passed her CETLA Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults. conducted by the British Council.. Ms Shalini is a TOEFL and IELTS Trainer and [2] Mr Graham Stuart Stains is preparing for his J.E.E [ All India Engineering Joint Entrance Examination }.

Her Professional Career : Ms. I Glory Rosaline started her teaching career as a Lecturer in the Computer Department in Marudhar Kesari Jain College for Women at Vaniyambadi . She produced 100 % results and consequently she was promoted as the H.O.D of B.C.A department and there also she produced 100% results and some University rank holders Then she did quit her H.O.D post and joined as a Teacher in the I.E.L.C, Higher Secondary School at Bargur and brought many Medals, Shields and Awards to the School and Students in the Exhibitions conducted in Zonal level, District level, and State level. In 2012 Ms Glory Rosaline competed in Teachers Category, Science Exhibition, Southern India and won prizes . As a result she was called to present her Project in I.C.T Exhibition , and her Project on Pollution and Environment attracted the attention of all and she was selected by the Judges to the First place in Tamil Nadu . Again she was invited by CIET --NCERT to present her Project in the Science Exhibition . and in the event around 120 competitors participated from all over India [which included State Board, CBSE, Matric and ICICI Board] and only 9 Teachers were selected and Ms Glory Rosaline was one among those 9 Teachers. . And currently she is working as the Headmistress of the I.E.L.C Concordia Higher Secondary School at Bargur with great commitment, vision , mission and distinction. and her School has been producing excellent results in 10th, 11th and 12 Stds.. She was appreciated by the then Administrator of IELC., Justice D. Hariparanthaman [Rtd] for producing 100% results in Plus two in 2020
Honours Won By Ms I. Glory Rosaline : Ms Glory Rosaline's valuable Services to the society and her accomplishments in the field of Education were recognised and she had won many Awards and to cite a few :: [1]. National ICT Award to Teachers 2012 was given to Ms Glory Rosaline in recognition of effective and innovative integration of I.C.T in promoting students' learning for Information and Communication Technology [I.C.T ] by the then President of India honourable Sri Pranab Mukerjee [2]. She also won the " Excellence in Education Award -2016. from ALEA Conference held at Hanoi, Vietnam in 2016. and this Award was given to her by the Chairman Ms. Karin. Semler - Executive Director, Iantha Scheiwe -Associative Director on 17- 09- 2016]. [3] . She also won the" Best Teacher Award For Aided School "from District Collector -Krishnagiri. [4] She also won an Award for winning the Contest in Science Exhibition', Southern India, from the District Collector Krishnagiri. ,[5] She has won Science Exhibition Awards 5 times. [6].[ Ms Glory Rosaline has won State level Award in Science Exhibition in 2013 and Southern India level Award in Science Exhibition in 2013, and 2016,.[7] . She has also won the RAJTV Agada Vigadam Award , [8] She was honoured by CHUTTI VIKATAN in 2013., [9] She is a Member of NCERT - CIRT ICT Forum.
Conclusion . Ms Glory Rosaline, M.Sc. M.Ed, M.Phil is indeed an outstanding Educationist , compassionate human-being and it is not possible to accommodate all the important events and pages of her prolific life within the space of this Article. In her free time Ms. Glory Rosaline has been imparting Computer Teaching and Training to the Special Children [ Mentally retarded Children in Mann's Charitable Organisation in Bargur and Visually impaired Children in the IELC School for the Blind at Bargur ] with great concern and love. Some of her Articles have been published in reputed Journals. .She is blessed with aesthetic taste , communicative skill and creative spark.. She is a born Teacher and dedicated Teacher and she has special concern for the education of the marginalised and poor children . Even though many medals and awards have been placed on her Cap, she keeps her head in a lovable balanced manner . She is humble, humane and unassuming and continues her educational and humanitarian services with great vision, and devotion. . She has a long cherished goal in her mind to fill the minds of her country men with the wisdom of God..
