Sri. D.J. Arulanadam's wedding with Ms. Hilda Ambrose : While Mr. D.J. Arulanandam was working as a Physics teacher at the Kellett High School, Madras [Chennai], as mentioned earlier his colleague Mr Sathya introduced Hilda's father Sri .J.T.Amrose of Nagercoil to Mr. Arulnandam and initiated Mr. D.J Arulanandam's marriage proposal with Ms.Hilda Ambrose. As Mr.D.J. Arulandam and Ms. Hilda Ambrose mutually and spontaneously liked each other and agreed to become life partners, and subsequently the wedding of Mr.D.J .Arulanandam, B.A, LT [bride groom ] with Ms. Hilda Ambrose , B.A, L.T [bride] was solemnized with the blessings of their respective parents in May, 1940 at St Paul's ,Church, Vepery, Madras

Mrs. Hilda Ambrose' Parents and family : Ms Hilda Ambrose hailed from one of the illustrious Christian families of Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu and South India. . Many many decades ago there lived a gentleman by name Mr. A.Joseph and he was leading a happy conjugal life with his smart and cute wife Ms. Marthal Fanny. [ Ms. Mathal Fanny was a sister of Church Historian Mr..C.M. Agur's mother Ms. Esther Fanny Masilamani ].Mr A.Joseph and Ms Marthal fanny Joseph couple begot nine children namely :-[1]Mr J. Jonadab, [2] Mr..J.T. Ambrose, [3] Mr. J. Robert, [4] Mr.J. Joshua, [5] Ms.Lysa [6] Mr. A.J. Schaffter,[ Maternal grandpa of the great musician singer and composer Dr. Anand Chellappa] [7] Ms.Packiam ,[8] Ms. Mutha and [9] Ms Sogusa.
Sri. J.T. Ambrose married Ms.Louisa Zachariah [She was a daughter of Zachariah Writer and sister of Ms. Arulamal Schaffter.]. I was told by Sri. J.T. Ambrose's daughter Ms. Hilda's daughter Ms Dr. Shamala Sukumar, M.B.B.S, D.G.O, [U K ] that her maternal grand-parents Mr.J.T. Ambrose and Ms Louisa Zacharia Ambrose couple gave birth sixteen children and out of the sixteen only seven children's names are traceable now. and they are : [1] Ms. Dhaya Manuel [ Mother of the outstanding Pianist Padma Sri. Handel Manuel ],[2] Mr. Dhanaraj, [ He married Ms Patience d/o Mr Moses Devadasan and sister of D.M Devasahaym[DMD]. [3] Mr. Mahimaidas Victor, [4] Ms Kamala Das ,[5 ] Ms Dorathy ,[6]Mr. Dhana Singh, and [7 ] Ms. Hilda Ambrose Arulanandam [ The Heroine of this Article }.
Ms. Hilda Ambrose Arulandam's Educational and professional Trajectory; Ms. Hilda was a brilliant student since early childhood. Ms. Hilda did her school education at the Ewart High School, Madras [ Chennai] and she did her B.A[ Maths] at the famous Women's Christian College, Madras and then did her L.T course at a Training College in Madras[ probably at the Christopher's College of Education, Chennai ].\. After her LT course she worked as a High School teacher at the Ewart High School Madras and she left the job after three or four months from her wedding day.
