Introduction :  Sri. Clement Sudhakar Swarnappa, B.E, M.S, M.C.P,[ Microsoft Certified Professional ], is really a remarkable, creative, dynamic  and multi faceted personality . He is an  efficacious University/ College Lecturer, Researcher, Web Designer, Information technology Expert and Editor of the famous International Journal of Computer Sciences and Information Technology for Education T [ IJCSITE], a man of learning  and a great man of God . He is a native of Kanyakumari District  and hails from one of the well known middle class families of the district and now he is working as IT Lecturer at  the prestigious Wellington Institute of Technology , Wellington, New Zealand .  Many people  born in Kanyakumari District are decorating many significant posts, places, professions  and  roles through out the globe,  and likewise Er.S. Mr. Clement Sudhakar's  Paternal  Grandparents , Parents and Family Members :  Mr.Clement Sudhakar's paternal  grandparents Mr Subrmanian and Ms. Marthal Devahi Subramanian  couple was blessed  with the following children namely ,[1] Mr. S.Pauliah, [2] Mr.S. Thangappan, [ Father-in-law of Mr. Devnath Ponniah, a  former Assistant General Manager of Indian Overseas Bank ] [3] Mr.S. Chellappan, {  DMK-Murasoli Artist }, [4] Mr.S.Swarnappa [ Mr. Clement Sudhakar's father ], and[5] Ms S.Vimala Muthiah.. Mr. S.Swarnappa worked with the Indian Railways.

Mr Clement Sudhakar's Siblings :Mr. S. Swarnappa married Ms.Esther and this lovely couple was blessed with the following children namely ;[1]  Mr. Clement Prabhahar, [2] Mr. Clement Sudhakar , B.E, M.S, and  and he was born on 28th October,1968 [3] Ms.Mercy Anita . Mr. Clemet Prabahar is a businessman  and his son Mr Jaison  did his BE at the famous SRM College, Chennai. . Mr.Clement Sudhakar's sister Ms.Mercy Anitha's husband Mr. Selvaraj is working as a Branch Manager with the Export Credit Guarantee Corporation  [ECGC] , and it is an Auxiliary unit of Reserve bank of India [RBI ] .

Mr. Clemt Sudhakar's Education : Mr. Clement Sudhakar  was a brilliant student since his early school days and he did his School Education  at the famous St. Mary's Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Chennai.[1972- 1984] . In 1986 he joined the Sri Venketeswara College of Engineering [ University of Madras ] and passed his B.E[Elec and Tele] meritoriously in 1990..In 1991 he joined the SVCE college as a Lecturer. In 2000 , he became a Microsoft Certified professional . In 2002 he  received his M.S [ Master of Science - Computer  Networks] from the  prestigious University of Putro Malaysia .

Dr. D. Manoharan's Post Graduate Medical Education : In tune with his thirst for more knowledge , Dr D. Manoharan pursued his DA course at the famous Madurai Medical College  and passed his DA examination meritoriously in 1984.  He pursued his MD [ Anesthesia and Critical Care] at the famous Stanley Medical College,Chennai.[ Dr. MGR. Medical University ] and meritoriously passed his MD in 1991..Dr. D. Manoharan in line with his unquenchable quest and thirst for Medical Knowledge has successful completed a course offered by the American school for Continuing Medical Education  titled," Managing Hyper Tension: In Clinical Practice According to Risk Profile"

A Great Calamity Happened to Dr. D. Manoharan:  While  Dr. D. Manoharn was working at the Tuticorin  Govt HQ. Hospital, one day on invitation  he was dinning in one of his friends' house , unfortunately a dog bit  him  while he was eating and in spite of taking necessary injections, on 27th Sept 1991 he developed Post ARV Immune Reaction. So he was referred to Tirunelveli Govt Medical College. Due to improper diagnosis and treatment in the Tirunelveli Medial College  by the concerned doctors Dr. Manoharan developed  coma and the doctors discharged him against medical justice...  Dr. D. Manoharan was admitted at the Meenakshi Mission hospital for treatment and there the doctors of the hospital started steroids. Slowly he recovered his consciousness but there was total paralysis at C5 level [Spinal Cord ]. So he was taken to CMC Vellore for Physiotherapy treatment .   He was treated for a period of one and half years in the Rehabilitation Center  of CMC at Bagayam , Vellore; but recovery was very slow. In 1992, Madras Medical Board advised Dr. D. Manoharan to change his profession .  But Dr. D. Manoharan  with consistent  and indomitable will  power started fighting his disability . There were times when his wife Mrs.Nirmala Manoharan, had to lift and carry him  to move to different places.  His body started to show gradual improvement and recovered some strength and stamina  to walk with callipers and crutches.  And deservedly  he got his posting again in Tuticorin Govt Hospital

His Promotion  as  District Medical Superintendent and Retirement.  He was transferred to many places in Tamil Nadu  and in all the places he served the sick people with great devotion and love and earned their love and respect He was promoted and posted as the Superintendent of Kanyakumari District Head Quarters Hospital , Padmanabapuram  and till his retirement he discharged his official duty with great devotion, dignity and service mindedness,.  He retired from the Tamil Nadu Government  Medical Service as a Group A  Officer on 28th February 2011.

Demise of his beloved daughter Dr. Ramya, BDS and Ramya Clinic at Manaparai; His life was filled with consistent challenges and calamities . His beloved daughter Ramya's death on 3rd March 2011, tremored and shook his soul, body  and mind. This was his second great tragedy in his life . He thought service to the needy and sick people  at low charges ,will help him to come out of frozen melancholy caused on account of his daughter's untimely death , so he opened a clinic at Manapari in the name of his deceased daughter Ramya., : Ramya Clinic". Without any turning back, he has been serving the people who live around Manaparai . He has saved countless lives till date from critical conditions right from poisonous Snake bites, Poison intake, Suicide attempt and Paediatric emergency at a very low fee and free service for the extremely poor.

Dr. D. Manoharan Received State Award from the Government of Tamil Nadu: In recognition of his life long service to the cause of the sick people , in spite of his personal disability; the State Award For  Best Employee- Locomotor Disability was presented to Dr. D. Manoharan by Ex Minister for Social welfare  Selvi. Ramajayam, on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu  in December, 2011, at a grand special function held at  the Vevekananda hall, Anna University Chennai in the presence of some high profile dignitaries.

Conclusion : Dr. D. Manoharan decorated all the posts  held by him during the period of his Government service  He had the privilege to serve as Assistant Professor at the prestigious Madras Medical College for a short period of six months .Dr. D Manoharan has been serving the poor sick people with great compassion  love and devotion in spite of his physical disability; his compassion  for sick and needy is so great . . He has donated blood a few times  and his kind gesture of donating blood to Patient Mrs.Petchiammal  to save her life, from critical condition has been duly recognized by the then District Medical Officer, Madurai at Periakulam in 1990.. Every morning Ramya Clinic is thronged by poor sick people , and by people affected by snake and scorpion bites . Dr. D. Manoharan willingly  and sympathetically  treat the affected sick people and charge very low fee from them . The relieved patients when they go back, look at Dr. D. Manoharan with a grateful smile and  in the smile of those poor and sick people Dr. D. Manoharan find the smile of the his deceased daughter Ramya.  During his student days he was a good sportsman and this athletic spirit has helped him a lot to meet the challenges of life in a manly manner.The country  need more  service minded doctors like Dr. D. Manoharan.

Dr. D. Manoharan and his Educational Trajectory :   Our young smart D. Manoharan did his Primary School education at the Lutheran Primary School at Ganesapuram, Nagercoil and Assi Primary School , near Vepamoodu Junction, Nagercoil . He pursued his High School  studies at the famous Carmal High School , Nagercoil  and with high distinction he passed his SSLC government Exam; and he was the  Topper in three subjects in his School   Then he joined the famous Scott Christian College, Nagercoil, for his PUC and he passed his PUC  examination with high marks. . Then he joined his fist Year MBBS in 1970 at the prestigious Tirunelveli Medical College. and successfully completed his MBBS Degree course in 1977.

The  Early Period of his Professional Medical Career : After having passed his MBBS, he joined St Joseph's Mission Hospital at Panachamoodu, { Kerala State Border ],in Kanyakumari District , Tamil Nadu as a  Medical Doctor. While working at this Hospital he appeared  and successfully cleared  the Central Government Medical Service examination conducted by the UPSC . But  due to personal and family circumstances he did not join the Central Government job . In the meantime he was selected for the  Tamil Nadu State Government Medical Service job and he joined the Edaikodu Primary Health Centre, Kanyakumari District , on the 1st October 1981, as a junior Government Doctor.  Afterwards there was no turning back as a devoted govt doctor he has been serving the sick people of the State with great commitment and dedication.

His Marriage, Children and conjugal life:  Dr. D. Manoharan married Ms Nancy Nirmala [B.Sc], a beautiful daughter of Mr G. Selvados amd Mrs Sarojini Selvados of Nagercoil on the 10 th of July 1980.

Dr. D. Manoharan and Mrs Nirmala Manoharan couple begat  one pretty daughter by name Ramya, BDS and one smart son Mr. Gideon Manoharan , B.E, M.B.A.  Dr. Ramya's untimely death affected Ms Nancy Nirmala and Dr. D Manoharan beyond words and has caused indelible damage to their inner peace  , however in her remembrance they have named their son Gideon's eldest daughter as Ramya and  see their daughter Ramya's smile in the face of their granddaughters

Dr. D. Manoharan's only son Gideon married  Ms.Rebecca, MBA  , a smart and cute daughter of Mr. Daniel [ Indian Railways] and Mrs. Mary Daniel from Chennai.   Mr. Gideon and Mrs.Rebecca  Gideon couple is blessed with two sweet and cute daughters namely[1] Ramya Gideon and [2] Rachel Gideon .

VP Dhas and his Marriage:  :Shri. VP Dhas married his maternal uncle's daughter Ms. Jeyamoni from a beautiful idyllic village in  Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakuamari district.,in the year 1969.. Ms. Jeyamoni  was also a duly qualified Nurse at  the time of their marriage,. Mr. V. Varaprabhu Dhas and Mrs. Jeyamoni V . Dhas couple is  blessed with four  blessed children  Currently Mr. Varaprabhu Dhas and his wife  and their children are living in USA.

Mr.Varaprabhu  Dhas and his  Brilliant Children :  Mr Varaprabhu  Dhas and  his beloved wife Mrs. Jeyamoni V.P. Dhas couple gave birth to four brilliant children namely: [1] Ms.  Dr.Vijiladevi Persis Dhas, B. S, M.D, M.P.H, F.A.C.E.P,  she did her Residencies at the Boston University Medical Center and at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education. She has got Board Certifications from the American Board of Emergency Medicine and American Board of Internal Medicine and she works as, Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Specialist.., Currently she is licensed to practice Medicine in Michigan, New York and Maine. [2] Mr. Dr. Vijayselwyn Davis Dhas,  B.S, M.D, F.A.C.O.G,  completed his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Michigan State University and also he is a Board certified Physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology. His specialties include Obstetrics and Gynecology. The average patient Rating of Dr. Vijayselwyn Davis Dhas is Great .He has received 3 Awards [a] Compassionate Doctor Recognition Award in 2014 and 2015, [b] Patients' Choice Award in 2014, 2015 and 2016]and [c] On Time Doctor Award in 2015 and 2016] ,  [3] Mr. Shri Vijaypaul Stanley Dhas, Pharm.D[ Doctor of Pharmacy], R.Ph , is a  registered  Pharmacist  based out of Williamsville ,New York  and his specialization is Pharmacist., and [4] Ms. Vijilaselvi Priscilla Dhas, R.D. and  she is a Registered Dietitian and  is a food and nutrition Expert in US . Vijjilaselvi Priscilla Dhas was a Board Member of Piedmont Dietetic Association[ 2013-2014 ] . Thus all the Children  of Mr Varaprabhu Dhas are doing exceedingly well in their respective professions.

Shri Varaprabhu Dhas, NP and his inventions;   Varapbhu Dhas was previously living in Syracus New York and at present he lives in Jamesville, New York with his wife Mrs Jeyamony V. Dhas. As a result of  his relentless  hard work and visionary perseverance he has became a thriving Family Nurse Practitioner in USA.   He is an innovative thinker he has invented a "System for Sampling Arterial blood from a Patient'  and has got patent for this invention [ Patent Number: 5772608.  Original Assignee: The Research Foundation of State University of New York . Date of  the Patent 30th June 1998 .

Conclusion : Shri Varaprabhu Dhas' historical, visionary  and remarkable  move from Nagercoil to New York with a vision and mission  has subsequently placed him  as a milestone and a mark of  marvelous accomplishment  . He has been  a remarkable student and learner ever since his Nursing School days at CBH , Nagercoil . In these days of globalization if one has the intelligence, burning ambition and willingness for hard work one can definitely actuate one's goal and can become a  shining milestone , this is greatly true in the case of Shri Varaprabhu Dhas . Some are born great and some achieve greatness , and our Nurse Practitioner  Mr. V.Varaprabhu Dhas belongs the second category In spite of all odds  he surmounted all the obstacles  and reached  his goals by his relentless efforts. I respect  and love Shri .Varaprabhu Dhas and his worthy and smart children for their envious  and exemplary accomplishments .

Introduction ; Dr. D. Manoharan   After having worked as a  Government Medical Doctor in various government hospitals in many districts in Tamil Nadu  for many years,  he retired as district Medial Superintendent {Govt of Tamil Nadu]. His biography will definitely inspire readers and health affected persons, to face the sickness and challenges of life  with new hope, will power and perseverance . He is a highly talented and dedicated  service minded  medical Doctor . While he was serving as a Doctor [Anesthesiologist]  at the Thuthukudi District Head Quarters Hospital, unexpectedly he was bitten by a dog and  in spite of quick medical treatment his health condition did not recover fully and his one leg was permanently, partly and greatly weakened.  But Dr. D. Manoharan continued his Government Medical service with great devotion and relentless will power  and won the regard and love of the public and the Govt of Tamil Nadu. He was born in kanyakuamari District and he is definitely one of the inspiring milestones  in the field of medical service in Tamil Nadu and  India.

His Birth and Parents :   Shri Dharmanayagam and  his beautiful  and modest wife Mrs.Marthal Dharmar  had been  happily living  at Nagercoil and God blessed this couple with ten blessed and smart children . Dr.D. Manoharan was the last child of this Dharmanayagam couple. Dr,.D. Manoharan was born  in the year 1953 at Nagercoil .

Dr. Manoharan's Siblings:   Shri Dharmanayagam and his cute and modest wife Mrs maarthal Dharmar gave birth to the following children :[1]  Mr. D. Abraham Raj, BA, BT[ Rtd as HM of a Govt High School],[2] Mrs. D. PackiaBai Muthiah , [3]Mr. D.S. Varma [ Rts as Station Superintendent  Indian Railways], [4] Mrs. D. Mallika Kanagaraj [Mallika's husband Mr Kanagaraj retired as Cooperative Sub Registrar and  ], [5] Mr. D.G. Retnaswamy, BA [ he retired as Deputy Thasildhar], [6] Mr. D. Stephen, BA, LL. B, [7] Mr D. Zorn [8] Dr. D. Dhas , B,Sc, MBBS, MS [ Co-Founder of  Retna Das Hospital, Retna Global Hospital, Retna Medical Centre etc, in  Manaparai and Trichy ], [9] Mr. D. Mohan, and [10 ] Dr. D.
