Mr. Pradesh Kumar's Parents and Birth : Mr Pradesh Kumar's parents Mr. V. Saloman and Ms Cathrine Vasantha Saloman are natives of Kanyakumari district and this lovely couple gave birth to Mr Pradesh Kumar on the 25th may , 1983 . Pradesh Kumar's father Mr .V.. Saloman is an intelligent and smart person. , After having passed his Fitter Technical course [I.T.I ] Mr. V. Solomon joined the famous ISRO as a Technician [Fitter ], and after having served I.S.R.O, for 28 years tirelessly and efficiently Mr. V. Saloman retired as a Junior Engineer . Mrs Catherine Vasantha Saloman proved herself as a smart and model Home Maker
Mr. Pradesh Kumar's Siblings :. Mr V. Saloman and Ms Catherine Vasantha Saloman couple gave birth to the following children namely [1] Mr Pradesh Kumar, B.E,[ The Hero of this Article ], [2] Ms S. Nisha, M.Sc [ Nursing] and she currently works as a Nursing Tutor in the famous CBH Hospital in Nagercoil and she has married Mr Mahesh and Mr Mahesh is working as a Dental Technician in the Government Medical College, Asaripallam.Nagercoil
Mr. Pradesh Kumar's Educational Track : Young Pradesh Kumar did his Primary School education at the Government School at Veenyanoor , kalkulam taluk, Kanyakumarai District , Then he pursued his High School studies at the famous S.L.B high School in Nagercoil and after having passed his S.S.L.C, he did his Plus Two studies in the same School. and passed his Plus Two Examination with high marks in 2002. Then Mr Pradesh Kumar pursued his DME[ Mechanical Engineering] at the Sri Krishna Poly Technic College at Kaliyakavilai and passed his DME in First Class .
Mr. Pradesh Kumar's Wife and Children and Wife's family : Mr. Pradesh Kumar married Ms. S. Jeyavathy d/o Mr P. Selvaraj and Ms Shantha Vijaya Bai Selvaraj on the 4th September 2008 at the Lutheran Church at Keerangulam. Mr Pradesh Kumar and Ms S.Jeyavathy Pradesh Kumar couple gave birth to two children namely :[1]Ms. P.J. Pooja and [2] Ms. P.J. Veronica . Ms. S. Jeyavathy's father Mr P. Selvaraj worked as a Teacher in Lutheran Mission Schools and retired as a Teacher and Ms Shantha Vijaya Bai worked in the Dept of Microbiology in the Tamil Nadu Govt Hospitals. Ms Jeyavathy Pradesh kumar's elder sister Ms Prathiba is working in the Govt Medical College Asaripallam as a Bio-Chemist Lab Assistant
Mr. Pradesh Kumar's Professional track : Mr. Pradesh Kumar joined ISRO as a Technical Assistant in 2007 in ISRO Propulson Complex at Mahendragiri near Kavlakinaru. . Afterwards there was no turning back , Mr Pradesh Kumar was promoted as Senior Technical Assistant in 2012 and in 2017 he was promoted as Technical Officer [ Group A Service Post]
Mr. Pradesh Kumar's Higher Education : As a smart man Mr Pradesh Kumar was aware of the need and importance of an Engineering University degree for further advancement in his professional career and so he joined as an Evening College student in the Government Engineering College in Nagercoil [ Anna University }in the year 2012 and passed his B.E [ Mechanical Engineering ] in 2014 in First Class. .
Mr Pradesh Kumar, B.E [ Mechanical Engineering ] was Promoted : Mr.. Pradesh Kumar was promoted as Technical Officer [ Grade D. Group A Service ] in July 2022. And he has been discharging his professional duties with great dedication, efficacy, and innovation .
Mr Pradesh Kumar and the His Noteworthy Working Projects In ISRO Mr. Pradesh Kumar , B.E had worked and has been working in many important Projects in IPRC . He had the privilege to work as an Engineer/ Technical officer in the Engine Assembly Team/ Unit of Polar Satellite Launching Vehicles [PSLV ]launched by ISRO and in the Engine Assembly Unit of Geo Synchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark 11,[ GSLV, Communication Satelite , C.E 25].. Mr Pradesh Kumar had the special privilege to work as an Engineer in the Engine Assembly Team of the India's First Mission to the Moon " Chandrayan.. 1 / PSLV ..C11 , launched on the 22nd October 2008. . Since 2015 he had been working in the Engine Assembly unit of GSLV .. Mark 11 and Mark 111 and Currently since 2022 Mr Pradesh Kumar has been working as a Technical Officer in the Semi-Cryo Engine Integration Assembly Team / Unit [ Replacement of PSLV ].with great efficacy .
Conclusion : Mr. Pradesh Kumar, B.E, has proved himself as a promising Space Engineer and his achievement in IPRC has given new hope and aspiration to the rural and first generation youth of India that they can also become Space Scientists and Engineers . His consuming thirst for knowledge in the field of Space Science and Engineering , his love for the common man , his special love for his native village, his honesty, and his unassuming attitude deserve our attention and appreciation..
