Dr. A. Thaya Sekar's Wife and Family : Dr. A. Thaya Sekar married Ms. M. Suguna, M.Sc. M.Ed, M.Phil,daughter of Mr. P. Manoharan and Ms Padmini Bai Manoharan couple . Mr P. Manoharan worked in the Revenue department, Govt of Tamil Nadu and retired as Deputy Collector. Ms.V. Padmini Bai Manoharan had been working as Teacher in government Primary Schools and retired as Primary School Head Mistress.

Dr A. Thaya Sekar's Children :. Dr A. Thaya Sekar and Ms Suguna Thaya Sekar couple is blessed with all the conjugal blessings and this lovely couple gave birth to the following children namely :[1] Mr. Samuel Mannish , B.Tech [ Mechanical engineering ] and [2] Ms Shammah Ann Patricia and she is currently doing her first year M.B.B.S, at the prestigious Christian Medical College [ C.M.C ], Vellore.
Dr. Thaya Sekar's Higher education : Dr. A. Thaya Sekar is blessed with the thirst for knowledge. He pursued his MBA in the Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai and passed his MBA in the year 1998. In addition he wanted to equip himself with adequate computer knowledge and skill , so he pursued his Diploma in Information Technology course [ DI P ] and passed his DIP course in the year 2002.
Dr A. Thaya Sekar's Professional Track : Dr. A. Thaya Sekar after having passed his B.V.Sc degree course, joined the Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Tamil Nadu as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon on the 26th June 1987 at Kadalai Ramanad. and continued to serve the Animal Husbandry Department as a dedicated Assistant Veterinary Surgeon He was promoted as Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry Department in the year 2013. As Assistant Director, he had worked in various places namely: Nagercoil, Gudalur, Nilgris, Thiruchi, Thirunelveli etc and currently he is working as the Head of the Veterinary Hospital at Arignar Anna Zoological Park at Vandalur, Chennai till date with great dedication and efficacy.
Conferences Attended by him :: Dr. A. Thaya Sekar had the privilege of attending many important national level and state level Veterinary Conferences . He had undergone special Training programmes conducted competent bodies in different parts of the country. .
Conclusion : Dr.A.Thaya Sekar is an innovative Veterinary Surgeon and he had contributed many thought provoking innovative Articles to important Veterinary Science Journals namely, International Animal Science, Wild Life Science Magazine,etc,. Dr. A.Thaya Sekar is serving as the Head Quarters Secretary of the " Kaalnadai Ariviyal Tamil Iyakkam" in Chennai. . In tune with his public service inclination, Dr.A. Thaya Sekar serves as a dynamic Rotarian .It will be very appropriate to mention the fact that he has been elected as President of the Rotary Club of Madras North East [ Rotary District 3232 ] for the year 2022-2023, and currently Dr. Thay Sekar is serving as the Secretary of the Rotary Club of Madras North East .with great dedication and distinction. He is also an International Member of the Y.M.C.A. His burning ambition to acquire knowledge deserves our appreciation, even now currently he is doing his Post Graduate Diploma in Wild Life Disaster Management course at the Tamil Nadu Veterinary University. Dr. A. Thaya Sekar is not only great Govt Veterinary Surgeon but also a Companion of the Common man. Always he identifies himself with the common people and poor agriculturists and never fails to serve them and their animals with spontaneous enthusiasm. Definitely Dr. A. Thaya Sekar deserves better placement in his professional career and better public recognition . I will be happy to call Dr. A. Thaya Sekar as one of the enviable and remarkable persons of Kanyakumari District and Tamil Nadu and I am proud of him
