Mr . Jayasingh Manoharan started his Legal career as a Junior Practising Lawyer : After having passed his B.L examination Mr Jayasingh Manoharan enrolled himself as an Advocate in the year 1980 and started his legal professional career as a Junior Practising Lawyer in the District Court of Kanyakumari district at Nagercoil, under one of the then leading Civil lawyers in Kanyakumari district by name Mr K.P Narayanan Nair. As the youngest child of the family Mr. Jayasingh Manoharan was a darling son to his parents and a beloved brother to his siblings and naturally his parents and brothers provided enough money to him to meet his luxurious life, and so as an young man he did not take his legal profession seriously in those days. Moreover he opted to get a job that will guarantee him a regular monthly income and so he started to prepare himself for bank job

Mr. I. Jayasingh Manoharan, B.Sc, B.L, M.L.S, M.L., M.Phil.He Got a Job in the State Bank of Travancore : Mr. Jayasingh Manoharan got a job in the State Bank of Travancore and was posted in its branch at Kozhencherry near Thiruvalla in Kerala State . Even though he assumed charge of his job in this bank with enthusiasm he could not continue in this job for long and so he resigned his promising bank job and came back to his home .
He Moved to Nigeria : Mr I. Jayasingh Manoharan within one year with help of his friend got a teaching job in Nigeria and so he went to Nigeria and took up the job of teaching Physics and Additional Mathematics for the , "A" Level students of the OYO State of Nigeria, and preparing the students for the West African Educational Council Examination ; However after 2 years he did not renew his Contract and left Nigeria. On his way back home he visited the beautiful Paris city and spent one week and then he visited the magnificent city of London and stayed in London for one month by spending major portion of his two year savings he made in Nigeria and afterwards he returned to his lovely native village Arasankuzhi. After reaching Arasankuzhi he resumed his legal profession again .
His Father died in 1984 that made all the difference in his Life : In the year 1984 his beloved father Sri Iyapillai died unexpectedly and his dad's death affected him so much and he was forced to plan for his future. He realised and understood the necessity of self earning for self standing and self respect. He started to act in line with his new determination and began to concentrate on his legal profession with real commitment .He started to watch the court proceedings and listened each conversation of the Senior lawyers in the Nageracoil Bar Association. However he found it difficult to develop a spontaneous love for his legal profession . So he started to focus his attention on Group 1 or Group 11 level jobs in the Government. By this time the Madurai Kamaraj University introduced a Post Graduate Diploma course in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation which was considered equal to MBA . He did this course at the S.T. Hindu College and passed this PG diploma course with flying colours.. Then he prepared and appeared for all the competitive examinations for executive jobs both in State and Central Service
Mr I. Jayasingh Manoharan became the first Law Officer of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board : : In 1987 the Tamil Nadu Government newly formed "Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board" and the T.N Govt advertised for a suitable Law officer for the newly formed Board . Mr Jayasingh Manoharan applied for this post and he emerged successful and became the first Law Officer of the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board. This new powerful Government job filled his mind with joy and confidence, while he was working as the Law Officer of the T.N State Pollution Control Board he had the privilege of interacting with the top level bureaucrats of the Govt of Tamil Nadu . Even he had the privilege of meeting the then Honourable Chief Minister Sri. M.G. R that too in his Camp office at the CM's Residence . Mr. Jayasingh Manoharan cherishes this memorable meeting as a great and rare privilege
Mr Jaya Singh Manoharan's Marriage : : Mr. Jayasingh Manoharan married Ms Dr. Paul Teresa Hemalatha, daughter of Mr. Soosainathan Paul and Ms Lily Paul of S.S. Colony, Madurai on the 21st January, 1988 in Madurai
This beautiful couple is blessed with all the conjugal blessings and bliss.
