Introduction   : Social Thinker, Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry Department, Government of Tamil Nadu and Head of the Veterinary Hospital at Arignar Anna Zoological Park at Vandalur, Chennai Dr. A. Thaya Sekar, B.V.Sc. M.B.A, D.I.T, is one of the very efficient Veterinary Doctors in Tamil Nadu and also a multifaceted personality. He has real concern for fellow human beings, he is a hard worker, he is easily accessible and his love for animals really deserves our special appreciation. His relentless educational endeavours to acquire knowledge will definitely motivate the younger generation immensely.  No doubt Dr. Thya Sekar is one of the shining milestones in the social, educational, and animal husbandry history of Kanyakumari District and Tamil Nadu .

Dr. Thaya Sekar's Parents and Birth  : Ampulikonam village lies on northern border of  Thovalai Taluk in Kanyakumari district and it is one of the most beautiful villages in Nanjil Nadu, and in this idyllic village a rich agriculturist by name Mr D. Abelraj lived with his beloved wife Ms A. Vethamony Abel Raj and to this blessed  couple Dr. Thaya Sekar was born on 30th March,1964 in Nagercoil.

Dr. A. Thaya Sekar's Siblings  :  Mr..D. Abel Raj and Ms A. Vethamony Abel Raj couple gave birth to the following Children namely :[1] Mr. Dr. Thaya Sekar ,[2] Ms. Ponnarasi. B.Sc [Nursing] and she married Mr. Dhakshinamoorthy and [3] Ms. Poongothai. B.Sc { Nursing] and she works in London as Nursing Manager and her husband Mr Berlin Roy works as a Senior Radiographer, in London 

Dr. Thaya Sekar's  Education   :  Dr. A. Thaya  Sekar is having a prolific educational track. He did his 1st standard at the Lutheran Primary School at Vadasery and pursued his 2nd and 3rd Standards at Keel Kothagiri , Nilgris, Govt Middle School . He did his 4th and 5th Standards at the kaliyan kadu Govt Primary School . Then young A. Thaya Sekar did his 6th and 7th standards at the Govt Higher Secondary School at Thuckalay and 8th Standard at the famous Scott Christian Hr Secondary School, Nagercoil. Then he pursued his 9th and 10th standards at the Govt Hr Secondary School at Thucklay . Dr. A. Thaya Sekar  did his 11th and 12th Standards at the Govt Hr Secondary School at Vallioor .  After having passed his Plus two examination with flying colours he pursued his BVSc  degree course at the famous Madras Veterinary College, Chennai and passed his B.V.Sc degree course in the year 1987.
