Mr  Abel Sam Johnson's  Parents and Birth     :   There lies a beautiful village called Ezhuvaraimukki [or Eluvaraimukki ]  in Tuticorin District. in Tamil Nadu  and in Eluvaraimukki village there lived a gentleman by name  Sri. Devadas Abel with his lovely wife Mrs Johabet Abel  [ Mrs Johabet Abel was a close relative Dr. Manuel [ Father of  the renowned Pianist Padma Sri Handel Manuel ] and this couple's son Mr Johnson Moses Abel was working in the Western  Railways,and it is  appropriate to remember one important fact that  Mr Johnson Moses Abel  served as a Leader of the Western Railways Employees Union [ WREU ] for some years with efficacy.   Mr Johnson Moses Abel  married a cute young woman by name Ms Victoria [ D/ o Mr. Lazarus alias Mr. Panchali ] from an illustrious Christian family from a lovely idyllic village called Osaravilai  near Mylaudy  in Kanyakumari District.  Mr Johnson Abel  and Mrs Victoria Johnson Abel couple gave birth to  Mr. Abel Sam Johnson  on the 2nd  August 1957 at Osaravilai village,  Agastheeswaram Taluk in Kanyakuamari district .

Mr Abel Sam Johnson's Colorful School Days   : Mr. Abel Sam Johnson  began his school education at the Mount Mary High  School in Goregaon, Mumbai  on the 20th of June 1962.  Young Abel Sam was not only brilliant in his studies but also in extra curricular activities.  While he was studying in the Mount Mary High  School he rocked the stage and won competitions in the  Inter School Competitions. and brought laurels to the school.   He belonged to the second batch of S.S.C students of the Mount Mary High School  and Mr Abel Sam Johnson  passed his SSC  examination in the year 1973 [ Poona Board ] 

                            
                                Mr. Johnson Moses Abel's Grandchildren During College Days Mr Abel Sam won Gold Medals For Exhibit Painting and Spot Painting     Mr Abel  Sam Johnson pursued his Collegiate education  [PUC and B.SC ]  at the Patkar College at Goregaon ,  West Mumbai and  passed his B.Sc [ Physics and Mathematics] in the year 1978.Then he pursued his  M.Sc [Physics & Electronics]  at the Bombay University and here also  he brought honor and laurels  to the University; Mr Abel Sam John represented Mumbai University in  the  inter University Science Festival called VIBRATION held at the  Indian Institute of  Science , Bangalore  and bagged gold medals for Exhibit Paintings and spot Paintings. Masillamoni's Birth and Parents and Siblings  :  Long time ago there lived a blessed man  by name Mr Packianathan [ He was a Hindu Convert ] in a beautiful idyllic village called East Thaththiyarkulam, in Kanyakumari District  and it lies on the eastern side of Nagercoil city at a distance of one kilometer from Nagercoil  on the national Highway Nagercoil to Tirunelvelli  and he married two wives one after another, and he was blessed with the following children namely:- [A]Mr. Chelliah  [ he studied in a college and passed his intermediate - F..A  ], [B] Mr. Manuvel  he served in the Indian Military and later he worked in the Panchayat office, and he is blessed with three daughters namely [1]Ms Packyamuthu and she was married to Mr krishnan  and Mr Krishnan was working in the Indian Telephones Department  , Bangalore    and this couple gave birth to   two girls and one boy namely :-[a] Ms Vanitha  ,  , [b] Ms  Regina [US] and [c ] Mr Vijay Nezer B.P.T, MBA [ US],[2]  Late Ms. Ranjitham and she is blessed with one  daughter and she works as Nurse. ,[C] Ms Rajam and she is married to Mr Swamidhas  and this couple is blessed with  one boy [ PolyTechnic works in a foreign country] and one girl and she is a Nurse.working in CMC Vellore and {D ] Mr . Mr. P Masillamoni served in the Indian Military    : After having successfully completed his Matriculation,   Mr. Masillamoni  joined the Indian Military and served the Indian Army for some years  and   during this period his marriage took place \and after some months following his marriage  he left his Military Service  and returned to his native place

Mr P. Masillamoni's Wife and Children  :Mr  P. Masillamoni married a daughter of Maj. Jeevamoni, by name  Ms J. Mary and she  was a qualified Nurse  . Mr. Masillamoni and Ms. J.  Mary began their conjugal life with the blessings of God and their parents. Mr P Massillamoni and Ms J.  Mary Masillamoni couple gave birth to one son and one daughter  namely :- [A] Mr. Dr. Jeya Chandra Masillamoni , B. E, M.S [US], PhD,[ He retired as Professor of Industrial Engineering  , Pennsylvania State University U.S] and he  married Ms Emeline Karunavathy, B.Sc. B.Ed, the eldest daughter of Dr. B H. Jackayya[Former Principal of Concordia Theological Seminary Nagercoil ] Dr Jeya Chandra and Ms Emeline Chandra couple gave birth to one son and one daughter namely  ;- [1] Mr. J. Naveen, B.S [ Engineering-US], M.B.A [US]. and[2] Ms Jean  BS[  Engineering--US], MBA[US] ,[B} Ms Indra Padmini.Michael and she  married Dr. Michael, MBBS  [ He worked in the Tamil Nadu Medical Service and retired as a Senior Civil Surgeon ]. Dr. Michael  and Ms Indra Michael couple gave birth to two sons and one daughter namely : [1] Mr. Er. Magesh Michael, B.E [Mechanical] and he married Ms Sherin , MCA and this couple is blessed with one cute daughter by name Ms Sarah Michael  Now Er, Magesh  Michael is living in US  with his family ,[2] Mr. Er Sugith Michael, B.E,[Computer science] and he  married Ms .Jaslin Sujitha , MSc [IT-- Maths]  and this couple is blessed with one smart son by name  Zain  Adriyan . Er Sugith  Michael is working in HCL Chennai and lives in Chennai with his family ,and [3] Ms . Nisha Michael  , B.A, M.B.A and she is married to  Mr Johnson Ponraj ,BOT and this couple is blessed with a cute daughter by name Leah  Beth Johnson .  Ms Nisha Johnson  is living with  her family in Singapore.

Mr Masillamoni  resigned from the Indian Military and pursued  his College Education :  Ms Mary Masillamoni was a qualified Nurse and she was working in Moonar Estate and she advised her husband Mr P. Masillamoni  to do his higher studies and so Mr P Masillamoni who was working in the Indian Military,  resigned from the Military Service and pursued his higher collegiate education in Thiruvananthapuram and passed his  B,A, LT degree examinations  .

His Professional Career as a Teacher, Pastor  and Head Master   :.  P, Masillamoni  began his teaching career as a High School Teacher at the Concordia High School at Vallioor and in those days the Lutheran Teachers are supposed to work as Pastor cum Teacher and so Mr Masillamoni passed his Pastor Course at the Concordia Theological Seminary Nagercoil  and began to  serve as Lutheran Pastor at Viswasapuram with great enthusiasm  and devotion .  Rev. P. Masillamoni was a brilliant Mathematics  and English teacher . and  he was  promoted as Head Master in 1950 and transferred to the Concordia High School to work as its Head master and he  won the respect and love of his students and parents and  and after having served for 20 years in an enviable and efficacious manner he retired from service  in May 1970

Conclusion    :   Mr P Masillamoni lived  a fruitful and useful  life. After his retirement , Mr P Masillamoni worked in the CMS, Azhagiapandipuram. for some period of time   Even though Mr Masillamoni officially retired from teaching Service he continued to work as a Free lance teacher till his death .on the 11th December  , 1972 . Every day he used go to the Lutheran Girls Boarding and Government  Boys Hostel and  taught Mathematics  to the students  without any fee.  He served as the Lutheran Pastor at  Viswasapurm and played a vital role to construct a new Church  and  Bore Well in Viswasapuram   Rev P. Masillamoni  helped many poor boys and girls to do  their higher studies by giving them financial support even without the  knowledge of his wife  . While serving in the Concordia High School  he taught mathematics in such a way that even  below average students could  get a pass mark easily. Rev B.H. Jackayya joined Concordia Theological Seminary as a Teaching Staff    : After having served Ambur Synod for ten years as a  MELIM Pastor  [1946--1956 ], Rev Jcakayya moved to Nagercoil  and joined at the Concordia Theological Seminary Nagercoil as a Teaching staff in the year 1956 .  While serving in the Concordia Theological Seminary Nagercoil  he studied and received his B.D degree from the Serampore University in 1962

Rev. B.H.Jackayya went to USA for Higher Studies :.   Rev B.H Jackayya was blessed with natural  thirst for knowledge and so he went to USA for his higher studies and joined the Concordia Theological Seminary at St Louis, Missouri State, U.S for his higher studies and received his prestigious M.A.R and D.D degrees from the USA  in the year 1966. Then he  was privileged to  work as a Professor at the Concordia Theological Seminary at St Louis, USA for some years .

Dr Jackayya was the First Indian Principal of Concordia Theological Seminary Nagercoil :  After having worked as Professor at the Concordia Theological Seminary  at St Louis Dr. B.H. Jackayya returned  to India and joined as a Professor  at the Concordia Theological Seminary Nagercoil . Dr B.H Jackiah succeeded Dr. Robert .M..Zorn as the Principal of Concordia Theological Seminary Nagercoil in the year 1970. Dr. B.H. Jackayya worked as the first Indian Principal of Concordia Theological Seminary Nagercoil , for nine years [ 1970--1979]  in an enviable  manner and exemplary style. .

Rev B.H Jackayya Served as the First General Secretary of IELC    When IELC was formed in the year 1958 Dr Jackayya  assumed charge  as the  first General Secretary of the India Evangelical Lutheran Church and served IELC in that capacity for four years [1958 -- 1962]. It should be remembered that at that time,as per the newly written  IELC constitution there was no President Post for the  IELC and General Secretary was the highest Executive post  in the IELC , Dr. B. H Jackayya  carried out his responsibilities in the best interest of the IELC with great distinction and dedication

Some  Colorful feathers on his Professional career in IELC :-
Rev Dr B H Jackayya served as the  General Treasurer of IELC  : Dr .B.H Jackayya was an efficient  and honest Pastor cum  Administrator and so he was selected to serve IELC in various responsible positions one after  another. . Dr Jackayya served as the General Treasurer of the IELC from 1970  till 1972. and as  a General Treasurer of IELC  he imprinted  his indelible merit stamp on his IELC service book .

Dr B.H Jackayya Served at the Lutheran World Federation   : In recognition of Dr B.H Jackayya's  competence and uncompromising integrity he was given the honor to become a Member at the Lutheran World Federation in the year 1971 and also to serve as its  Commissioner for some years. 

Dr. B.H Jackayya was a great Writer   :  Dr. B.H Jackayya was elected as the President of Ambur District Synod's Youth Wing  in the year 1952 .and this youth wing was publishing  a Newsletter in Tamil  called Valibar Malar and .Dr. BH Jackayya   served as its editor  for some years Dr. B.H Jackayya was blessed with the flair for writing and he was a good writer  and he could write well  in Tamil, Kanada and English and specially his command over English was really laudable. His Article titled . "The Church of South India  and the Lutheran Church"  was presented at the International  Theological Conference held at US in the year 1959  and it was well appreciated  by the participants and later this Article was published in the famous magazine GUARDIAN.

Conclusion      : Dr. B.H Jackayya was a great humanist to the core .and  he was a different kind of Theologian as far as I know,  "Service to the  human-beings  is the service to God" was his theology.  He was a Social Thinker, a great Rotarian ,Social Activist,  he always did strive  to feel the presence of Almighty God in the smiles of the marginalized, helpless, homeless, street children and such other impecunious people. To serve the poor people Dr B. H Jackayya founded an NGO,  " Peoples Movement for Self Reliance[PMSR }  in 1985 in Kollegal, Chamrajnag district, Karnataka state  and it was founded by him for the Socio-Economic and health development of the marginalized community living in that area  Dr. B.H Jackayya  also founded an NGO  called . "Vidyanikethan "in the year 1988 in Kollegal with the objective to improve the lives  and livelihoods of individuals  and families especially children and women from lower income groups and underprivileged section of the society . The establishment Karunalaya  School for Special Children [ a Unit of PMSR] is also another  sign post  in the social service trajectory  of Dr, B. H Jackayya.   But  death has no eyes and it spares  nobody Dr B.H Jackayya passed away on the 28 February ,2003 .These NGOs are  well administered  by his sons Rev. Addis Arnold and Dr. Reuben Prakash and family members   Indeed he was a great Champion for the cause of the poor and  marginalized people and  Dr,B.H.Jackayya's vision of life was, " All Persons Live a Life of Wholeness with Human Dignity Worthy of Human-Being "  His magnificent life and accomplishments can not be fully accommodated and recorded within  this Article  I  salute him and end this Write-up with this sentence  " Dr B.H Jackayya served God and Man with all his strength  and sincerity" .

Dr. B.H. Jackayya's Parents and Birth    : Many decades ago there lived a gentleman by name Mr Hoovappa  with his wife  in a beautiful village called Kaal near Kollekal in karnataka state and Mr Hoovappa couple gave birth to Dr. B.H. Jackayya on the 26th of April , 1914.  We may say that .as he happened to  born during First World war period , Dr. Jackayya,  became a social, intellectual and spiritual  fighter and  later bloomed as a relentless fighter against all types of injustices . 

His Education  and School Teacher Career     : After having finished his High school studies in various schools, in Karnaataka,  Dr. Jackayya did his Intermediate [ F.A] in a college in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu  and passed his FA in 1932   Then  he did his Teachers Training Course and  served as a Teacher  in a MELIM Lutheran  Middle School situated in  a village called  Voorham  near Kolar Gold Mines for three years [ 1934-- 1937]  as teacher and  later as Head Master with great dedication .

Dr. B H. Jackayya  Decided to become a Lutheran Christian Minister        : Dr B.H.Jackayya  aspired  to serve the people as a  Lutheran Christian Missionary and so  he successfully completed  his  Catechist Training Course and served as  Catechist  nearly for four years [ 1940-- 1944  ]. with great commitment.  While serving he wanted to pursue  higher theological study and accordingly he joined the Concordia Theological Seminary Nagercoil to do his  BTh course and passed his B.Th in the year 1946.

Rev.Dr. B.H. Jackayya served as the President of Ambur MELIM Synod     :  After having passed his BTh meritoriously Dr Jackayya began his pastor career in the Ambur Synod [ MELIM]  Rev.Dr Jackayya served as a MELIM Lutheran Pastor in Ambur synod  for ten years  {1946---1956  ].  with great concern for his  spiritual sheep in his congregations . It should be noted here that Rev. Dr Jackayya had the honor to work as the President of of Ambur Synod for three years [1953-- 1956]  with great distinction   Even today his period as President of Ambur Lutheran  Synod is considered as the golden period of Ambur Synod by many . 

Dr.  B.H.Jackayya's Marriage  and Wife  and Children  :  Even though Rev. Dr. B.H Jackayya was born in Karnataka state, he spent major portion of his life  in Tamil Nadu .  While Dr. Jackayya was working in Ambur Synod  there lived a MELIM Lutheran pastor in Ambur area by name .Rev A. Solomon and  Rev B.H Jackayya married Rev A. Solomon's daughter  Ms Grace in the year 1946 . Rev. Dr. B.H Jackayya and Ms Grace Jackayya couple gave birth to the following Children namely   [A] Ms Emeline Karunavathy, [B] Rev . Adiss Arnold .[C]Ms Eunice kalavathy,, [and [D] Dr Reuben Prakash . Introduction   :     A  Former Deputy General Manager of the Reserve of India  Mr.S. Selvaraj, M.A, is really a remarkable man, he is intelligent , unassuming, hard working, efficacious , nice human-being, efficient  Banker and an unsung Achiever .  From a very humble lower middle class background he reached enviable height as D.G.M  in the most important premier Banking  Institution of India [ RBI }.. He achieved greatness in life with the help  his consistent  hard work, and sharp intelligence.  and has become a trendsetter to the younger  generation, specially to those who hail from poor financial background.

Mr S. Selvaraj's Parents and Birth    : \ Beautiful Puthery lake lies on the northern side of Nagercoil town and it  connects Nagercoil town and Puthery village; and on the western side of Puthery lake there lies a beautiful idyllic village called Puzhiady  In Puzhiady village some time ago there lived a farmer  by name Mr Sankar alias Solomon  [His forefathers were natives of nearby Dennispuram],with his cute wife Ms Inbamuthu Sankar. Mr Sankar and Ms Inbamuthu Sankar couple gave birth to a male child  on the 5th March 1952, at Puzhiady. and they named their infant son, Selvaraj

Mr S.Selvaraj's  Education   :  Mr S.Selvaraj was a brilliant and studious student since his Elementary School  days. and he did his Primary School education at the Government Primary School at Kalungady village, which lies at the northern end of Nagercoil  He continued his High School studies at the famous S.M.R.V school in Nagercoil and passed his S.S.L.C in the year 1968 with good marks. Then he pursued his PUC, B,A, and M.A {Economics] at the prestigious Scott Christian College Nagercoil and passed his M.A[Economics[] in March 1974.

His  Wife  Ms K Manonmani Selvaraj and family      :  Mr S. Selavaraj married  Ms K. Mamonmani, B.Sc. M.A.[ Now a Rtd Staff of State Bank of India] a daughter of Mr Rayan and Ms kanakam Rayan {Mr Rayan  was a Head Master of  a School  and also he was a Malayalam Pandit/teacher ] from Perumpuzhi that lies near Marthandam in kanyakumari District. In this context it would be good and useful  to have some idea about Ms K. Manonmani's siblings and her  siblings are as follows:-;[A] Ms Prabavathy is married to Mr Abraham [Teacher] from Navalkadu   and this couple is  blessed with two daughters namely:-[1]Ms Priya , B.E. M.B.A , and she works as an officer at the Federal Bank of India and [2] Ms.Ramya , B.E, M.B .A, is working at the Karur Vaisya Bank as an officer.,{B] Ms Rajambal and she worked as  Government  Nurse and retired  [C] Mrs Padma [Teacher ] is married to Mr. Tamil Selvan [ Teacher] ,[D]Mr Vijaya Rajan,  worked in the Indian Railways and now retired and lives at Vunnamalai kadai, [E]Mr Raj Kumar lives in Bombay [F]Mr. Raj Mohan , and he works as Manager at  the District Cooperative Bank Branch at Colachel ,  married and his children are studying in schools.

Mr Selvaraj Couple's Children     : Mr Selavaraj and Ms K.Manonmani Selvaraj couple is blessed with a son and a daughter namely :- [1] Mr.S.Sagar, M.B.A, he works in a private Company in Bangalore ,[2] Ms Shalini Gabriel, M.A[English], M.Phil, is married to Mr Gabriel Jerome., M.C.A [He now works as a manager in a Software Company in Chennai ] on  the 27th May , 2016.. Ms Shalini Gabriel and Mr Gabriel Jerom  couple is blessed with a lovely daughter and a smart son. Ms Shalini Gabriel works as an  English Lecturer in Valliammal College for Women in  Chennai .

Mr. Selvaraj's Professional Career   : Sri S Selavaraj began his professional career as an Assistant at the Sub-Treasury office at Namakkal,[ The native place of the great Tamil Poet Sri V. Ramalingam Pillai]  and worked in the same capacity at the same office from September  1975 to January 1977 And  then he worked as an Assistant at the Chennai Government Secretariat in the Finance Department from January 1977 to November 1977:.in the meantime he wrote the RBI banking recruit ment examination  for the post of Economic Assistant and passed the examination. and so  he joined as an Economic Assistant in the Economics Department , Reserve Bank Of India , Mumbai in November 1977 and worked in the same cadre  till he was promoted as Assistant manager in 1987.. He worked as Assistant Manager  with great efficacy till 1996[ 1987--1996 ]  and in 1996 he was promoted as Manager and he worked at the Training Division in the Department of Administration, RBI, Mumbai . In the year 2001 Mr Selvaraj was promoted as Assistant \General Manager . and transferred to Bangalore  and he was working as AGM of  RBI  in Bangalore  with distinction till he was transferred to Chennai in 2007 He worked with great vision and dedication  as A.G.M of RBI in Chennai  from 2007 to 2010. In   March  2010  Sri S. Selvaraj was promoted as Deputy General Manager [ DGM] and he worked as DGM in the RBI in Chennai  with great promise and enviable efficacy and in March 2012 he retired as Deputy General Manager [March 2010--March 2012] from active service of the Reserve Bank of India 

Conclusion   : Mr S.Selvaraj's  professional achievement deserves our  appreciation and applause. . From  an unknown or a little  known village  he  qualified himself to occupy the prestigious office of  Deputy General Manger in RBI; and that was not an easy task rather it was an uphill task but without any moral support from any influential quarters, Mr S. Selvaraj   has done it   He is not only an efficient Bank officer  but also he is a complete and compassionate human being; he loved his fellow citizens and served them with great integrity and responsibility  and  always he has a soft corner for the poor, last and  lost . He has found a place  for his native village in the banking , financial and social map of India  It is important and imperative to mention here one important point that his  loving wife and beloved children  always stood  and stand as a great support to him in all his endeavors..  I end this Article with the following line ,"Mr S. Introduction :Late Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellappa , M.Sc [Nursing ] was a great achiever and was  a guiding star to many up coming fellow human- beings and specially to the Nursing fraternity . She was modest, intelligent, God fearing , a great Steward for Christ, kind, thinker and author of a famous nursing text book , "Pediatric Nursing " and surely a perusal  of her life will be of great use to us in many ways .Definitely her life has become  a milestone in the religious, social , educational and nursing history of  Kanyakumari district ,Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and South India

Ms Jessie Muthammal's Mother Ms Santhai's Parents, Siblings & their Children     :. Definitely it will be useful to the readers to have some idea about the family background of Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellappa . Not much is known about the family of Ms Jessie Muthammal's father Mr.M. Paul . . Long time ago  in Dennispuram there lived a Christian  couple by name Mr Yoesephu [Joseph] and Ms Paramayee Yoesephu and this couple gave birth to two sons and two daughters namely: [1] Mr. Samathanam, and he was  blessed with the following children namely ;-[a]Ms. Josephine, [b] Ms. Gnanaselvam ,[c]Ms. Joyce, [d] Mr. Pushparaj. Joseph [ Former Head Master of Concordia High School, Nagercoil ],[e] Mr. Kesari Joseph, [f] Mr. Dharma Singh, [g] Ms. Jesaih Palammal  Selvarj,[h] Ms. Daisy Santha bai Solomoon Raj,,[2 ]Muthammal and  she was married to Joshua s/o Joseph deacon and this couple gave birth to Ms Charlette and she married Mr Charles , s/o Mr.Nallathambi and Ms.Santhayi [daughter  of Joseph Deacon ],[3] Ms.Santhai { Mother of Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellappa ], she married Mr,M. Paul and this couple gave birth to  2 female children and had one adopted son  [4 a] Ms Thayeee  married and gave birth to the following Children namely ;-[a] Mr Joseph [ Father of Ms. Dr Hepsibah Panneerselvam ] and [b] Mr.Subananda  Raj and he lived in Watspuram, KK dist and [4b] Mr. Thasiah and he was blessed with the following children namely ;-[a] Ms.Pushpam Joseph, [b] Mr. Samadhanam, [c] Mr. Yesuraj and [d] Mr. Paul .

Ms Jessie Muthammal's Parents and her Siblings     : Ms J. Santhai, daughter of Mr Yoeseph and Ms Paramayee of Dennispuram  married Mr Paul and Mr.M Paul  was working as a Tamil Pandit at the SDA James Memorial High School at Prakasapuram in V.O.C district in Tamil Nadu. Mr Paul and Ms Santhai couple gave birth to the following children namely ;- [1] Ms Jessie Rathna ,and she passed away in her twenties.  [2] Ms. Jessie Muthammal,and she was born on the 26th May, 1925 and she is the heroine  of this Article  [3] Mr Paul Josiah Joseph  [ He was an adopted son of Mr Paul and Santhai Paul couple ]

Ms Jessie Muthammal's Educational Trajectory    :  Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellappa  had an enviable  educational trajectory.. Ms Jessie Muthammal  was a smart and brilliant student since her Primary School days. She did her early Primary school education at Dennispuram.in KK distrct and Prakasapuram, in VOC district. She studied her 9th and 10th Standard in Lowry Memorial School , Bangalore. She did her Matriculation in the Andra University . She studied her Midwifery at the Gifford Memorial  Hospital Nuzvid, [1953].  She did her Diploma in Nursing at General Hospital Madras [1961].She further studied and passed her PUC and then she did her B,S [Nursing] at Bangalore City College of Nursing [1974] and passed meritoriously . She did her M.Sc [Nursing] at the prestigious  Delhi University and passed with distinction [1979].  and bagged President's medal.

Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellppa's Marriage and Children   : Ms Jessie Muthammal was married to Mr Chellappa [ Son of Mr . Gurupatham and Ms Yesudial and grandson of Mr Joseph Deacon of Dennispuram ]on the 8th June , 1953.  Mr G. Chellappa  [ He was working in the Indian Army  as a Naik- Subedhar [.He was born in 1925  at Dennispuram and died in 2004]. This couple  gave birth to the following children namely ;- [1] Ms Jessie Rathana, [she was named after her mother's sister Jessie Rathna who passed away at an early age] she did her B.Sc at the Bangalore University and worked with the  Postal department in karnataka. . She married Mr Clarence from Vellore . This couple is blessed with two daughters namely ;- [a] M. Mercy ,B.Sc {Nursing]  she lives in Canada.,[b]Ms Priscilla, B.Sc {Nursing] married and blessed with a boy  and a girl  [2] Ms Greeta Pauline Dason , B.Sc[Nursing] and she married her paternal aunt Ms. Abaranam's  son Dr Sam Daniel Dason and this couple gave birth to 2 sons namely ;-[a]  Dr Ash , D,D,S and he  is married to Ms Deejay Walayat, M.H.A, [ her dad is a Pakisthani and mother Filipino and both are Physicians] and this couple is blessed with a boy child by name Ezra Benjamin Dason, [b]Mr Cyril, B.S [ Patient Information Management] works for US Federal Government and is married to Ms Rachel ,DDS  and she  is a Vietnamese and works as  Dental Anesthesiologist at the Loma Linda University, US .[3] Ms Jean Sicilia Chellappa Sahar  and she did her PhD at the Bangalore University and married to her paternal aunt Ms Abaranam's son  Mr Ponnu Raja Sahar, MBA and they live in Canada  and this couple is blessed with a son by name Mr Dr.Adley Dason, M.D, and he has just  finished his Residency in June 2020 at Loma Linda University, US and [b] Ms Pearly Dason and she is doing her Dentistry in Canada.

Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellappa's Professrional  Career : Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellappa began her Nursing career as Nursing Staff in Cheluvamba  Hospital [4th December 1954 to 14th June 1961] . Further she studied her Sister Tutor Training in Chennai and was posted as a Sister at Tumkur in 1960, all this was possible with  the help of her encouraging husband Mr G.Chellappa and her mother who took care of her children   Then she worked as Nursing Tutor at the General Hospital Tumkur [19th Jun 1961 to 31st may 1966] . She worked as Nursing Tutor at K.R. Hospital Mysore [ 6th June 1966 to 19th June 1971 ]. Then she worked as Nursing Tutor at Bowring  and Lady Curzon Hospital in Bangalore [ 8th July 1971 to 14th August 1974] with great efficacy. From 14th August 1974  to 31st May 1984 she worked as Assistant Professor at Bangalore City College of Nursing and taught B.Sc Nursing Classes. and then she was promoted  and she served for a short period of time as Vice Principal of this same college with great distinction.. And after a having served for 30 years  in various capacities she retired  from the Government service [Nursing ] in June 1984 . After her retirement from Govt Service  she worked as Principal [School] at Chinmaya College of Nursing, Bangalore  with great devotion and distinction

She Authored a famous Nursing Text Book :   Ms. Jessie Muthammal Chellappa was a scholar in Nursing subjects specially in the field of Pediatric Nursing  and as a corollary she wrote a famous Book by name, "Pediatric Nursing" The first edition of this book Pediatric Nursing was published in Bangalore by Gajanana Book Publishers and distributors , 2000. and the second edition was published  by Prithvi Book Agency [EAN: 123456 742960 ]. This book was used as a text book for B.Sc Nursing students in Karnataka.

Conclusion    : Ms Jessie Muthammal  Chellappa was a beautiful woman with beautiful mind .After having lived almost 89 fruitful years on  this Earth,  Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellppa had passed away from this world on the 7th of March ,2018. and her body was buried at the SDA Lowry Tamil Church Cemetery in Bangalore She had left many glorious legacies and indelible imprints in the minds of her daughters,sons in law , grandchildren , family and Church members, and Society  She did reach some heights in her professional career but according to my sincere and balanced  estimate Ms.Jessie Muthammal Chellappa, M.Sc,{Nursing]  deserved even higher recognition and positions in her exemplary professional career  . She tutored many Nursing students and they  respected and loved her According to her daughter Ms Greeta Dason , her mother Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellappa strove to be excellent in whatever task she was bound and supposed to do .. She was a great practicing Christian she was passionate about serving the indigenous poor.people by providing monetary help for nursing education of their children . Ms. Jessie Muthammal Chellappa  used to say , "If one in the family becomes a Nurse it gives an opportunity for the entire family to break out off the curse of the past "  She loved her Nursing and Teaching  profession so much and discharged her duty with great integrity, efficacy, distinction  and commitment. It is not possible to confine her great career and accomplishments within this Article. She was a fruitful tree to her family and society   When I write this last line of my write-up on Ms. Jessie Muthammal Chellappa  I  spontaneously remember the verses from Bible Proverb Chapter 31 : 28 ,"Her Children arise up and call her blessed, Her husband also,and he praised  her " This verse is true in the  case of Ms Jessie Muthammal Chellpa.
