In the nineteen eighties there was a move to give representation to women in every Church Committee of the CSI Congregations of the Kumari CSI Diocese. Prof. Rajadhas wanted to nominate two women to the Alloenvilai CSI Church Committee. and the then Kumari CSI Diocesan Bishop Rt. Rev. G. Chritdhas conceded to his request and accordingly two women were nominated to the Church Council of the Allenvialai CSI Church. Out of the two one was a widow and the other was a young Dalit girl.
